The scope of work at the upper story includes fishing a shell space into two apartments. Required utilities,
plumbing supply and drains have already been run in the context of finishing the main level space in 2021-22.
New work includes framing and rough carpentry, doors & frames, door hardware, plumbing for two new
apartments, electric and low voltage for two new apartments, HVAC for two new apartments, appliances,
cabinetry, finish carpentry, painting, flooring, and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950.
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, upon depositing the sum of One Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to the owner, "The Franks Design Group"
Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the owner.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of
the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within ten (10) days after the Bid
opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
