Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD
ENGINEERING, LLC, 14503 Grover Street, Suite 102 OMAHA, NE 68144 until 2:00 P.M. on April 02,
2024, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the project designated as INDIAN
CREEK PRESERVE STORM SEWER AND PAVING – PHASE I for Sanitary and Improvement District
404, Douglas County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, at the locations shown
on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file at the office of FOLEYSHALD
ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
