The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 302 of Sarpy County, NE (Prairie Hills), will receive sealed
bids via mail until 2:30 PM Local Time, April 16th, 2024 at Olsson Inc. (2111 South 67th Street, Suite
200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud for furnishing
labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "SID 302
Prairie Hills Outlot A & C Trail Improvements”. There will be no formal opening meeting. A bid tab will
be sent out to all parties shortly after the bid opening.

The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of improving the outlot trails
within the District. This work is to include clearing and grubbing, excavating materials, subgrade
preparation, and constructing a 6 inch thick, 8 foot wide concrete trail.
