Bid Info:   The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 568 of Douglas County, NE (Majestic Pointe), will receive sealed bids via mail until 2:00 PM Local Time, April 23rd, 2024 at Olsson Inc. (2111 South 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "SID 568 Majestic Pointe 2024 Pavement Reconstruction”. There will be no formal opening meeting. A bid tab will be sent out to all parties shortly after the bid opening.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project.

A printed copy is available upon the receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
