Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of the KERSTEN INDUSTRIAL WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND PLATTEVIEW ROAD & 204TH STREET WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS will be received, by the City of Gretna, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, EAGLE ENGINEERING GROUP, until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

Project Location: Gretna, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Projects consists of constructing 4,420 LF of 8”, 12” & 16” DI water main and other appurtenances.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Eagle Engineering Group
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
