Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the City of Omaha Koch Family Tennis Center Complex Renovation, 12440 W

the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

The work consists of the removal of nine existing banks of asphalt tennis courts and associated
amenities, and the construction of nine banks of post-tensioned concrete tennis courts, including
fencing, acrylic coating, nets and posts, concrete stairs, stormwater drainage improvements, benches,
fabric shade structures (Add Alternate #1), selective fence replacements at existing tennis courts to
remain (Add Alternate #2), concrete walk replacement, grading, seeding, and incidental construction.
