Project Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work includes construction of an addition and limited renovation of Norfolk Middle School for Norfolk Public Schools. The addition is a two-story structure including a precast concrete storm shelter space. Also included is the reconfiguration of the existing parking lot and driveways.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED ONLY IF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE RETURNED COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION TO THE ARCHITECT WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE OPENING OF PROPOSALS.
