The Work includes construction of an addition and limited renovation of Norfolk Middle
School for Norfolk Public Schools. The addition is a two-story structure including a
precast concrete storm shelter space. Also included is the reconfiguration of the existing
parking lot and driveways.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

AFTER THE OPENING OF PROPOSALS.
