The Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
1. Replacement of Energy Recovery Ventilator ERV-3 and Rooftop Heat Pump RTHP-2 at the Thomas Jefferson High School.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950.

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, upon depositing the sum of Fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to Engineering Technologies.

Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the owner.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within ten (10) days after the Bid opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
