The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new pre-engineered metal building. Materials provided by and installed by the General Contractor shall include but not be limited to concrete foundations, slab on grade, doors, windows, caulking, drywall, flooring, painting, fire extinguishers, knox box, and splash blocks, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Sitework includes demo, grading, gravel lot and paving.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
