The Work includes renovation of the existing entry and administration to create a safe,
secure entry as well as a renovated and expanded administration space. Renovations
include demolition and renovation of the existing front facade for increased branding and
site identification. Alternate renovations throughout the middle school include replacing
existing exterior windows and storefront framing, replacing corridor flooring, branding and
signage, replacing the existing lockers, repainting the existing corridors, and replacing the
existing interior doors.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will not be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION TO THE ARCHITECT WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS
AFTER THE OPENING OF PROPOSALS.
