PreBid Info:   All Bidders are highly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference at MPS South High School 14905 'Q' Street on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST (meet at the main entrance), to familiarize themselves with the Site Conditions, Bidding Requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
