Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of the OSAGE RANCH LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS will be received, by City of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, at the City Clerk’s Office, 136 N. 5th Street, Plattsmouth, Nebraska 68048 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

Public Notes:
The Project consists of constructing a new submersible pump sewage pumping station, force main, gravity sanitary sewer manholes, and other miscellaneous appurtenances.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $30.00 payable to Olmsted and Perry
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
