Settlement Repairs will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, February 8, 2024 , at the Council
Bluffs Community School District Offices located at 300 West Broadway, Suite 1600, Council
Bluffs, Iowa 51503 .

The Secretary of the Board of Education of Council Bluffs Community School District , County
of Pottawattamie, State of Iowa , will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including
General Work for the Longfellow Elementary Settlement Repairs and Thomas Jefferson High
School Settlement Repairs. Longfellow Elementary is located at 2011 South 10th Street,
Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501 and Thomas Jefferson High School is located at 2501 West
Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51501.
The Project consists of the raising of existing concrete slabs and interior renovation.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950.
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to CBCSD
Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per the owner.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of
the Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within ten (10) days after the Bid
opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
