The work involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not
limited to the following: The scope of work will include the renovation of approximately 8,300 sq ft
of the existing Arts and Humanities Focus Program, in the existing Bottlers Building, including
classrooms, commons, restrooms, mechanical room, and support areas. the work also includes
interior and exterior renovation at select areas of the adjacent bottlers building at 643 S 25th
Street #9, Lincoln, NE. specific construction activities will include: Site utilities, concrete slabs on
grade, concrete footings, masonry and metal stud bearing walls, light gauge steel joists, metal
deck, modified bitumen roofing, EPDM roofing, TPO roofing, carpeting, gyp board, tile, acoustical
ceilings, paint, acoustic wall panels, aluminum entrance framing, HVAC air source heat pump
split systems, plumbing, power and lighting systems as indicated in the construction documents.
