PreBid Info:   All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-bid Conference located at the main entrance of Cather Elementary School ? 3030 South 139th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68144 on Wednesday January 17, 2024 at 3:00 PM to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, Bidding requirements, General/ Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. The Pre-Bid Conference is the ONLY time bidders will be allowed access to the building to review existing conditions.

The entire project is within Cather Elementary School campus, 139th and Center Streets. The project consists of the replacement of an existing rooftop unit, replacement of existing terminal units, modifications to existing and associated general construction, temperature controls, and electrical work.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
