PreBid Info:   All Bidders are invited to attend a pre-bid conference on January 15, 2024, at 9:00 am local time at Karen Western Elementary School, 6224 H St., Omaha, NE 68117, to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, bidding requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to ensure comprehension of the specifications. Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions posed at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.

Public Notes:
Scope and Nature. This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, removal and replacement of existing flooring as at Karen Western Elementary School as shown in more detail in the plans and specifications prepared by BCDM Architects (“Architect”). Work will occur primarily in corridors and classrooms.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents do not need to be returned as no deposit refund will be issued.
