1. Black Elk Elementary School, 6708 South 161st Avenue, Omaha NE 68135
2. Willowdale Elementary School, 16901 P Street, Omaha NE 68135
3. Russell Middle School, 5304 South 172nd Street, Omaha NE 68135
4. The project consists of raising concrete slabs and associated finish work.

A printed copy of bid documents is available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. An OBE Builders Card will not be accepted for this project.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
