Habitat for Humanity of Omaha (HFHO) is receiving bids for construction of 11 houses in the Capriana Subdivision near 210th and Emmet Streets in Omaha Nebraska.
ADD ALTERNATE NO. 1 –provide finished basement. Work includes all framing, gyp. bd., insulation,, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, doors, trim and flooring per the plan included with the documents. Price in bid is for one house only, if alternate is selected HFHO will determine how many houses will have a finished basement and adjust unit price per house accordingly.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
