Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the MARTIN LUTHER KING JUNIOR PARK at (northwest corner) of 24th Street & Lake Street, Omaha, NE are invited and will be received on or before 11:00 A.M. on: Wednesday DECEMEBER 13, 2023

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The work consists of the construction of removal or the existing pavers and store on pallets off-site. Remove and distribute to city-approved recycle or dump site all existing 4” sand, existing asphalt, and Base rock. Install on compacted base, new sub-fabric, base rock, concrete, sand, and pavers as well as expansion joints and meeting provided slopes per the plans and details. Order and provide new pavers to be installed to replace damaged pavers. Damaged Pavers with inscriptions are to be recorded, reordered from the existing brick paver manufacturer, and installed.
