PreBid Info:   A pre-bid meeting will be held VIA ZOOM at 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Bidders expressing interest to the Architect (msmith@bvh.com) by 24 hrs. prior, will be sent a Zoom link for the pre-bid meeting. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Contractors are required to make a pre-bid site visit. Those wishing to access the School roof will need to bring their own ladder and make an appointment by contacting Dan Blackburn 712-310-5197 at least 72 hours in advance. Contractors wishing to view the UNDERSIDE of the roof deck conditions should confirm their attendance with the Owner’s Representative via phone no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 7th, 2023 to arrange a time. Contractors should bring their own ladders to access above ceiling locations.
