Genesis Contracting is requesting bids and will receive them until December 8, 2023 at 2:00pm CST. Bidders must submit a statement of qualification and have it approved prior to submitting their bid.
Bids will be opened in the presence of a representative of Logan Magnolia Public Schools and incite Design Studio
(Project Architect). Bid summary(s) will be available in accordance compliance with Iowa Code ยง 26A.

Logan Magnolia is constructing a new Dome Gymnasium and Commons addition. Project consists of approximately
20,000 sf new construction gymnasium and 3,500 sf concessions and commons addition related site grading,
improvements, utilities, complete building construction including but not limited to foundation systems, ICF wall
construction, concrete, masonry, steel, EIFS, metal panels, insulation, doors and frames, interior finishes, bleachers,
wheelchair lift, and complete Mechanical and Electrical Systems.

This project requires that the Statement of Qualification be complete at least 16 days prior to the subcontractor/supplier bids being due in order to participate in accordance
with Iowa Code Chapter 26A.
