The work consists of the selective removal of portions of three existing banks of asphalt tennis courts
and associated amenities, and the construction of three banks of post-tensioned concrete tennis courts,
including fencing, acrylic coating, nets and posts, concrete stairs (Add Alternate #1), stormwater
drainage improvements (Add Alternate #2), benches and fabric shade structures (Add Alternate #3),
concrete walk replacement, grading, seeding, and incidental construction.
