The Work includes:
1. The work includes but is not limited to the renovation of the existing mechanical systems.
Materials include but are not limited to minimal SPMR roof patching and cricket work,
metal stud/drywall framing and shaft walls, plaster finish, acoustical ceiling tile, and paint.
2. Mechanical and Electrical systems are included in the work. Mechanical renovation of
existing county courthouse. The building is two stories with a lower level and an upper
attic for storage (4 total levels). The project square footage is roughly 22,000 SF.

A printed copy is available upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $125.00 payable to Engineering Technologies *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. (LIMIT 1 SET, Additional sets may be purchased for a $125 non-refundable payment to A&D pet additional set.)
Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge per Iowa code. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents obtained with a deposit MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Purchased sets do not need to be returned.
