Public Notes:
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses, and permits required to construct an addition to the South Range ROCA facility at the Greenlief Training Site. Project will consist of adding approximately 300 SF of unisex latrine facilities to support the 3 active ranges (Zero Range, MPMG Range, and Transition Range) in this area of the Greenlief Training Site. Project will also include building a mechanical room and concrete sidewalks to serve the latrine areas. Installation of a new water well, septic tank/drain field, electric lines, sanitary sewer lines and water pipeline to provide primary water supply to the range complex are also part of the project.
