Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City’s regularly scheduled council meeting, held at the Rand Center, 100 S. 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa until 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, September 05, 2023, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Project Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of the water control system, including the master control panel and filter control panel at the water treatment plant, the control panels at the 3 water supply well houses, and the SCADA system in the water treatment plant office, along with other related and miscellaneous appurtenances.

A complete printed set is available for a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 or a Builder's Card. Deposit checks shall be made payable to Olmsted and Perry.

A digital download containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Documents must be returned within 10 days of the bid opening, complete and in "like new" condition to obtain a refund. After 10 days, the deposit will be forfeited. One reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.
