The work called for in these Bid Documents includes all work required for the renovation of 8,000
SF of space within Northwest High School Located at 8204 Crown Point Ave, Omaha, Ne 68134.
The renovation will convert existing industrial tech labs, athletic training, and storage space to
provide a new weight and strength training facility, Officials Locker room, Team room,
CAD/Drafting/Esports Classroom, and a CTE Classroom for the school. Bids are to be completed on
the bid form contained in the Bid Documents.
