All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the prebid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.

Public Notes:
The work called for in these Bid Documents includes the construction of a new 9,900 GSF two level entry and medical clinic addition on the North side of Benson High School located at 5120 Maple St. in Omaha, Nebraska. The new addition will be a precast concrete clad steel structure with curtain wall that will contain medical exam rooms, dental procedure space, lab space, offices, restrooms, a conference room, mechanical, electrical and data rooms, one passenger elevator, stairwells, concessions, laundry room, circulation, and commons space.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
