the TAC Building, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131 on Friday May 19, 2023 at 10:30
AM CT. All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the prebid
meeting will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending
the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.
