Sealed Bids for the construction of the Buffalo Creek Phase 4 Sanitary Sewer Improvements will be
received, by the City of Gretna, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, EAGLE ENGINEERING
GROUP, until 10:00 am local time on Thursday, June 01, 2023, at which time the Bids received will
be “publicly” opened and read.

The Project consists of constructing 1,870 LF of 15-inch PVC Sanitary

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $60.00 payable to Eagle Engineering Group *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
