The proposed project consists of a new four-classroom addition to an existing K-12
educational facility in Leigh, NE. The new 6,028 sf addition will connect to the existing
elementary school. New spaces will include four new classrooms, and new restrooms.
One of the classrooms will serve as a storm shelter. The project includes selective
demolition work, cast-in-place and hollow-core concrete, new wall partitions, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, door and window systems, as well as lighting, HVAC and plumbing systems to accommodate the new addition. The new addition wil l also include automatic fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems.
