Sealed Bids for the construction of the NEW WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT – CONTRACT 3 RAW
WASTEWATER FORCE MAINS project will be received, by the City of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, at the City of
Plattsmouth City Hall, until 10:00 AM local time on May 04, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be
“publicly” opened and read.

The project generally includes the installation of approximately 21,000 LF of nominal inside diameter 24-
inch and 12-inch trenched or trenchless sanitary sewer force main, 2,270 LF of storm sewer, 1,685 LF of 8-
inch and 6-inch water main, water services, 17,750 SY of PCC mainline paving, 3,000 SY of sidewalk or
multi-use trail removal and/or installation, 1,410 SY of PCC driveway installation, 15 acres of seeding,
5,250 SF of block segmental retaining wall installation, erosion control, and other associated work.
