Public Notes:
The Project consists of the alterations and additions of several areas in two buildings:
1. These include front office improvements, reconfiguration of office space, storage space improvements and the addition of equipment & storage space. The front office improvements consist of a modification of the entry to provide physical security of the space and address client interaction, updating the area to meet ADA requirements and updating finishes in the entry. The additional office space will involve reconfiguring the existing office, capturing space formerly used for storage, as required to add a minimum of three new offices, improving a meeting space and creating a new board/meeting room requiring relocating the meter testing/meter storage areas and expanding the equipment and storage space.
2. Equipment and storage will also be improved by adding overhead doors to a separate existing building.
3. Additionally, the site will be improved with additional paving, fencing and retaining walls as well as site grading.
