Public Notes:
The Plumbers Local Union 16 is currently working on the design of the renovation and addition project at 7220 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68127. The Plumbers Local Union 16 is seeking proposals and qualifications from Construction Managers and General Contractors.

The site is approximately 3.3 acres with an existing approximately 21,400 square foot building. The existing building will have renovations as outlined in the 50% Design Development Set exhibit and an approximately 5,300 square foot addition connected by a new approximately 1,000 square foot vestibule with a Substantial Completion date of August 06, 2024. The existing building is single-story with two existing mezzanines. The mezzanines will include demolition scope and energycode upgrades only. The renovation scope will include office space, adult training classrooms, and an assembly space (Union Hall). The new construction addition will include a training shop with a training mezzanine. The site will include approximately 135 parking stalls, and an existing outdoor courtyard and a trash enclosure.
