Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City’s regularly scheduled council meeting, held at the Rand Center, 100 S. 4th Street, Missouri Valley, Iowa until 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, March 07, 2023, local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Public Notes:
Project includes removal of existing concrete pavement and construction of 7-inch concrete pavement with integral curb & gutter. Removal and replacement of adjacent driveways and sidewalks, and other miscellaneous improvements.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $60.00 payable to OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
