This project includes, but is not necessarily limited
to, renovation and remodel of Karen Western Elementary School as
shown in more detail in the plans and specifications prepared by BCDM
Architects (“Architect”).
A. ALTERNATE NO. 1 - Under this alternate, add new sound system in Multipurpose A124 as
shown on the Drawings Sheet T1-1 and Specifications.
B. ALTERNATE NO. 2 - Under this alternate, add dry pipe sprinkler system (coverage of
approximately 7,500 SF) at Lower Level Overhang as shown on the Drawings Sheets M1-0 and
M1-1 and Specifications.
C. ALTERNATE NO. 3 - Under this alternate, add Emergency Responder Radio Enhancement
System including all components, wiring and conduit for complete coverage of the facility as
shown on the Drawings and Specifications. Base Bid to include testing for radio coverage.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $125.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
