The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Exterior and interior renovation pertaining to the removal and replacement of the existing
HVAC systems that serve the pool and gymnasium. Exterior renovations consist of new
roof mounted HVAC equipment and roof flashings. Interior renovations consist of
removal of existing HVAC equipment, proposed ductwork, proposed electrical
connections, and controls. See drawings for additional information.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
