The work consists of the construction of a concrete trail from Gallup Drive to East Locust Street
including site demolition and removals, earthwork and drainage improvements, modular block retaining
wall construction, trail signage, fencing, erosion control, seeding and surface restoration, and other
miscellaneous site improvements.
