The scope of involves restoration of remaining existing historic windows and window transoms, remove/replace of existing replacement windows, circa. 1990 and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
For bonding purposes, the estimated value of the Work is approximately $700,000.00.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no cost per Iowa code.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Entities receiving printed documents shall be financially liable for them being returned in a reusable condition to A&D Technical Supply Co., within 14 days of the bid opening as required by Iowa Code 26.3(2).
