Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received by the Madison County Clerk until Thursday, February 16th, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. for the construction of the Madison County Courthouse HVAC Renovation Project. Bids will be presented to the Madison County Board of Commissioners for consideration at the regularly scheduled board meeting on February 14, 2023.

Project Location: Madison County, Nebraska

Public Notes:
Project Identification: Project consists of the replacement of the Building Management System (BMS) in its entirety. Additionally, a replacement roof top unit will be provided and installed. Replacing a boiler, and chiller as specified. In addition new variable speed heating water and chilled water pumps will be provided and installed. Work includes all associated connections includes but not limited to ductwork, piping, electrical and controls. Madison County Courthouse

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
