REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (“RFQ”). Douglas County School District 28-0066, a/k/a Westside Community Schools, a Class III public school and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (“School”), is requesting qualification statements from interested firms to perform professional services for the School as an Owner’s Representative for pre-bond election services, and, if successful, post-bond election services, all as more particularly described in this RFQ.
