Public Notes:
Project Description: Project will provide alterations and expansion at location of existing Break Loacker and Offices areas with the CI Pre Stressed Plant. Work includes demolition of existing floor slabs, partitions, and miscellaneous demo for construction of elements as shown on Drawings. Project will primarily be interior finish/ renovation. Some exterior work is required for construction of new vestibules and roof mounted skylights. Scope to include all new general, structural, electrical, mechanical, and life safety.

The said Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $50.00, made payable to Davis Design, Inc. contact 402-474-5454 to obtain documents.
Partial sets will not be issued.

Documents can be mailed for an additional non-refundable check of $20.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set and any received addenda in good condition to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening.
