Project Scope: Two existing hot water heating air handling units (AHU) with full economizers currently feed the existing gymnasium, these two units are to be removed entirely. The existing louvers feeding the two existing AHUs are to be capped and abandoned in place. Two new 20-ton roof top units (RTU) will be installed on the roof next to the stage to properly condition the gym. The supply and return ductwork from the new RTUs shall enter the building through two existing windows. New gas piping shall be piped to the new RTUs along with electrical connections.
