YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Wayne Community Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Construction Contract for replacing the existing fire alarm system at Wayne Elementary School, located at 312 N Douglas Street, Wayne, Nebraska; Bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 5, 2023 in the Wayne Community High School Office at 611 W 7th St, Wayne, Nebraska 68787. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

This project consists of replacement of the existing fire alarm system at the existing
Wayne Elementary Building. Work includes demolition and removal of devices, cabling
and control panel. Work also includes a new fire alarm control panel, wiring, devices,
and connection to new off-site notification dialer.
