Notice is hereby given that Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services on LPS Bid #10705, Lincoln Southeast Enhancements, for the construction and installation of new restrooms, renovations to Career and Technical Education classrooms, renovations to Family and Consumer Science classrooms, renovations to Art classrooms, 1-for-1 light fixture replacements, and exterior parking lot improvements as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the Project.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $30.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
