PreBid Info:   The District will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site tour for interested bidders at Burke High School Stadium, 12200 Burke Blvd, Omaha, NE 68154, on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM CT. Attendance of this pre-bid meeting is a mandatory requirement of this bid. This is the only site tour that will be scheduled by the District.

Public Notes:
The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing video scoreboard display at Burke High School and the replacement of the old video scoreboard display with a new LED video scoreboard display meeting the requirements of the Bid Documents.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
