Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of a new 62,000 SF Behavioral Health Facility attached to an
existing Assisted Living Facility (Cedar Village) in Yankton, South Dakota will be received by Lewis &
Clark Behavioral Health at the office of Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services until 3:00 PM,
(Standard Time) December 20, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the construction of a new 62,000 SF Behavioral Health Facility attached
to an existing Assisted Living Facility (Cedar Village) in Yankton, South Dakota. The new facility
will house a variety of spaces including inpatient sleeping rooms and crisis care areas,
administration offices, counseling offices, impact care areas, supporting spaces and associated
site improvements .

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $400.00 payable to The Schemmer Associates *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Deposit shall be provided for each Set of Bidding Documents.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
