PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Parkview Apartments, 105 W 5th Street, Fairbury, NE 68352 on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. CDT. Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is advised. Contractors and Subcontractors should check in at the front desk and staff will direct them to the meeting location.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received for the Fairbury Housing Authority – Parkview Apartments Phase 2 HVAC Upgrades – 2022 Project by the Fairbury Housing Authority at 105 W 5th Street, Fairbury, NE 68352. The bids shall be addressed to Twilya L’Eculer. Bids are due on or before Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. CDT for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project.

The complete digital set of bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.

Printed sets of bid documents are available for a upon receipt of a $20.00 deposit, checks made payable to Fairbury Housing Authority. Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

If required, documents can be mailed UPS for an additional payment of $15.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply.
