YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Douglas County, Nebraska shall receive sealed bids on a Construction
Contract including replacement of a diesel generator at the Douglas County West Boiler House, at 156th & West
Maple Road , Omaha, Nebraska; that said bids shall be received by the Owner until 11:00 a.m. central time on
Wednesday, November 16, 2022 to the attention of the City of Omaha Clerk, Douglas County Civic Center, LC1
Offices, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183.

The Project consists of the remodel of select portions of the building. The remodel includes demolition
and replacement of the existing electrical equipment. The Owner has pre-purchased the generator, load
bank connection cabinet (LBCC), and (2) automatic transfer switches (ATS’s). The contractor shall be
responsible for the procurement of all remaining equipment and for the installation of the new electrical
equipment (both contractor purchased and Owner furnished). In addition, the contractor shall include all
related scope of work required for the project including associated general work such as excavation,
concrete removal and patching, ceiling removal and reinstallation, wall construction, and wall patching.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
