Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. The proposed project includes a Gymnasium Addition, interior renovation / upgrades to the CTE program, (2) Family Restrooms, Interior Lighting Upgrades and any required code upgrades due to the addition and renovations. and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Construction Documents may be obtained at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit of $150.00 made out to Lincoln Public Schools.

Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.

A separate non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply for an additional $40.00 is required if shipping is requested.

Partial sets will not be issued.

Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access.
