Bid Info:   Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City of Missouri Valley, Iowa on the proposed contract documents (plans, specifications, and form of contract) and estimated cost for the Michigan Street Repairs, 1st Street to West Street in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 26.12, Code of Iowa, at its meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 01, 2022, in the Rand Center, Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Project Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa

Public Notes:
HE SCOPE OF WORK for MICHIGAN STREET PAVEMENT REPAIRS, includes construction of concrete pavement reconstruction and other miscellaneous appurtenances and improvements as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications and Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Eagle Engineering Group *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
